We are a husband and wife team that began renting to students in 2011 when our son & his friends attended Essex University. We believe it gave us a unique insight into what’s important to the student - great accommodation with excellent conscientious landlords and also what’s important to their parents - a safe council accredited place for their child to live.

We are very much a hands on team, we keep our costs down by doing all our own letting and administration and unlike letting agencies we are pretty much contactable 24 hours a day 7 days a week and we aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours.

As well as making regular maintenance visits and because we know our houses very well, we pride ourselves on reacting quickly to any issues regarding the properties, whether it’s a leaky tap or the power tripping out, we can normally resolve it immediately or find a satisfactory temporary solution until the relevant tradesman can be called.
